Upon your deposit we will send you a cutting form to fill out. We let your beef hang for at least 2 weeks for optimum flavor, so please expect a 3-4 week interval from order to delivery of your beef.
Ribeye aka (Delmonico) Steaks
Enjoy what many steak lovers consider to be the ideal cut of steak, our gourmet Ribeye produced from our own select Hereford beef, our Ribeye is extremely tender, lean with the marbling throughout that makes this steak! You may enjoy these fine-grained steaks known for there rich, juicy, and full-flavored taste any day of the week. Convenient and ready-to-cook, this year-round favorite is great when grilled, broiled or skillet-cooked. Serve as individual steaks or slice for salads, sandwiches or wraps. This steak is perfect for grilling or broiling and only needs a touch of salt and pepper. Cut to 1" thickness.

Filet Mignon
Our filets are slowly dry aged for tenderness and delectable flavor that is unique to the Grasse River B Ranch 100% Grass Fed Beef. If you have not yet experienced the succulent, flavorful filet mignon, now is the perfect time. We dry-age our steaks for at least 14 days, to enhance tenderness. Whether you are using a marinade for bold flavor or wrapping in some of our very own Yorkshire bacon, this steak is a luxurious treat you do not want to miss. Available in two sizes.
NY Strip Steaks
Known throughout the culinary world for its rich beef flavor, New York Strip Steaks, Kansas City Steaks or Shell Steaks are a great way to enhance your next cookout or meal. These tender, succulent center-cuts, dry-aged for 14 days, offer a true beef flavor that is perfectly accentuated through grilling. Produced from select Hereford cattle raised on the natural pastures of the Grass River B Ranch in Northern New York, St. Lawrence River Valley our Strip Steak is tender, lightly marbled and unique in its flavor. Cut to 1" thickness.
Porterhouse and T-Bone Steaks
Many believe the Porterhouse to be the best of all steaks. Being raised slowly on grass allows the wonderful lush grasses to infuse these steaks with our local flavors. The steaks include parts of two muscles: the flavorful top loin and the buttery soft tenderloin. It's best to grill or broil them without marinating. The T-bone, so named for its distinguishing bone, is a choice cut that is almost identical to a Porterhouse steak. It's usually grilled or broiled. Enjoy both cuts knowing they have been raised in an all natural environment! Cut to 1" thickness.
Sirloin Steak
Our Sirloin Steak is a show-stopper. Cut from the sirloin, this steak not only has exceptional flavor, but is easy to prepare for a crowd. These tender, succulent sirloin-cuts are particularly delicious when marinated and then grilled medium-rare or roasted with vegetables. Just slice thin and serve. Our Roast, cut from the beef round primal, is most tender and popular! Aged to perfection and delivered right to your door. Incredibly juicy and bold. Perfect for celebrating the holidays or for a family get together. Available: 2-3 lb. Roast and 3-4 lb. Roasts.

Stew Beef Trimmed of most of its excess fat, our stew meat is an excellant way to enjoy beef on the go! We are offering a special package which is a mixture of all the cuts that can be found on a beef! The most affordable way to purchase beef if you do not have room for an entire side of beef! Each quarter will contain at least 84 pounds of our grass fed beef. We have included an approximate list of the cuts that will be included ( they will vary). We will honor all orders, but it may take a few weeks!
