Just For One Lamb Package
A perfect package for the lover of lamb with limited space to store it.Our Just For One Package contains 1-2 pounds of Loin Chops (very easily marinated in an 1/2 hour to an hour), plus 1 lb. of Ground Lamb (great for tacos, meatballs, or lasagna), and 1 lb. of Boneless Lamb Stew or Kebab meat.

Our Lamb Sampler includes a Boneless Leg of Lamb, Loin Chops that are trimmed as well as our wonderful Ground Lamb and Boneless Lamb Stew or Kebab meat! 8 O'clock Ranch has a delectable treat for those that would like to try lamb for the first time or only have a small amount of room in there freezer. It includes between 5 and 6 pounds of lamb shipped express in an insulated box with gel packs to your door. Our boneless 2-3lb. Leg of Lamb makes a aromatic entree, the 1lb.of Loin Chops are always a treat any time of year, 1lb. of Ground Lamb can be used in so many ways, tacos, meatballs, hamburgers and our 1 lb. boneless Lamb Stew could be a Great stir-fry with fresh veggies or let it simmer all day for a hearty stew! 12 O'clock Lamb Package
Our package is a total of 24+ pounds of tender, juicy lamb. It includes almost every cut we offer. For those who love lamb this is the most affordable way! The 12 O'clock Lamb package is the largest and most affordable. We are including a 4+ pounds Leg of Lamb that has been boned and netted, 2 lbs. Loin Chops, trimmed, 2 lbs. of our Sirloin Steak, 2 lbs. of Leg Steak, boneless, 2 lbs. Frenched Rib Chops, 2 lbs. of Frenched Rack of Lamb, 4 lbs. Ground Lamb, 4 lbs. Lamb Stew/Kebab meat, boneless and 2 lbs. of Lamb Sausage, your choice of Breakfast or Sweet Italian.

For the Gourmet -- Lamb Package
This lamb package is for those who really enjoy an elegant dinner or for special occasions. For the Gourmet lamb package includes 1-2 lbs. Boneless Loins, which can be stuffed or braised, 1 lb. of Frenched Ribs Chops and 1 lb. of Frenched Rack of Lamb. Our processor dry-ages our lamb for 7-10 days for the optimum flavor and tenderness. It is then quickly vacuum packed and frozen to maintain its freshness.

Fall Lamb
Our Fall Lamb is a great way to enjoy lamb that has been finished off of the lush summer grass. This is lamb at its most succulent! Our fall lamb is approximatly 35 to 40 pounds of lamb meat. Your package will include 2 legs, one bone in and one boneless, 2 shanks, 6-8 pounds of rib and loin chops, 1 boneless shoulder roast, 6-8 pounds of ground lamb and 6-8 pounds of lamb stew or kabob meat. All of our lamb is 100% grass fed, and given no hormones or routine antiobiotics. Fall lamb is prized for its tenderness and flavor that it gets from the variety of grasses the lambs eat during the summer.

Gift Baskets

Mixed Quarters of Beef
We are offering a special package which is a mixture of all the cuts that can be found on a beef! The most affordable way to purchase beef if you do not have room for an entire side of beef! Each quarter will contain at least 84 pounds of our grass fed beef. We have included an approximate list of the cuts that will be included ( they will vary). We will honor all orders, but it may take a few weeks!

1/2 Beef (one side): Hanging weight between 200-350 pounds, $3.25/lb. Free processing! Average cost per pound of meat is normally $4.46/lb. A great savings on all your favorite cuts! Whole Beef (two sides): Hanging weight between 400-700 pounds. $3.00/lb. Free processing! Average cost per pound of meat is $4.15/lb. Split it with friends for an even better deal!!

Upon your deposit we will send you a cutting form to fill out. We let your beef hang for at least 2 weeks for optimum flavor, so please expect a 3-4 week interval from order to delivery of your beef.
