My family and I ate your beef and "WOW"!
On the first bite my wife and I looked at each other and were reminded of how beef used to taste when we were little kids. I am so happy to have a farm that I can trust to supply clean healthy meat to my family.

We raise a variety of Heritage Breed Hereford beef, Suffolk sheep, Duroc/Berkshire pigs and Saanen goats along with a few other critters. Long ago these animals thrived on 100% grass diet and now continue to do so. Our pigs and chickens have grass, roots, bugs, fruit and locally raised ground whole grains that make a huge difference in the meat. Instead of white pork, you will find a deeper red color. They also, in our opinion, have the best flavor and tenderness for you to enjoy.

  • Our Meats are dry-aged, beef for 14 days and lamb for 7 days.
  •  Our animals are pastured on a combined 500 acres
  •  We never use antibiotics - unless essential to save the life of an animal
  •  Our Chickens are raised in range pens for protection from predators

OUR PEOPLE:

When we speak about Humane Care, we also are thinking of the humans involved.
Our ranchers care deeply about the land, our animals and the future of both.
Several of us are 2nd and 3rd generation ranchers whose goal is to be able to continue this legacy on to our kids.

Our processor ( Tri-Town Packing ) is family owned and run by the Liberty brothers and sons.
We are very thankful for the wonderful job they do, the high standards they keep and their personal concern for safety for not only the animals but for their employees as well.
