Our meats are priced by the pound.
Once you click on the shopping cart link at the top right of this page, you will be able to specify how many pounds of each cut you would like to receive, by changing the number in the 'quantity' field.
For instance; you would like two Legs of Lamb, add the leg twice and then when you finish your order, adjust the weights of each.Some of our cuts vary by quite a bit due to various sizes of animals. The size ranges are given in brackets behind each item.
This means that, for example, you may receive one smaller sirloin and one larger sirloin to fill your order.
If you would like specific sizes please contact us and we will, as always do our best to fill your order!
