We are accepting applications for our 2nd Season of our Meat CSA! You may have read about the revolution on how many people get there veggies and fruit directly from the farm now you can receive the healthiest and freshest meat from our ranch to your door, for less! Mixed Quarters of Beef
We are offering a special package which is a mixture of all the cuts that can be found on a beef! The most affordable way to purchase beef if you do not have room for an entire side of beef! Each quarter will contain at least 86 pounds of our grass fed beef. We have included a list of the cuts that will be included. We will honor all orders, but it may take a few weeks!
* 24 Pounds of Steaks ( Ribeye, Round, Porterhouse, NY Strip, Sirloin, Tip, etc.)
* 22 Pounds of Roasts ( Chuck, Eye of Round, Bottom Round, London Broils, etc)
* 40 Pounds of one pound packages of Ground, Stew and Sausages

( Average cost per pound is $4.98lb. )
Shipped locally to the following states; NY, PA, VT, NH, ME, MA, RI, DE, CT, MD, VA, WV, NJ, OH, NC and the District of Columbia. Call to see if you are local.
